Is the room rates including breakfast, service charge and
tax?
• You have to pay only room charge that we've offered, no tax
required. Tax will applied only for guest who required a Invoice
issued by Vietnam's Ministry of Finance, that kind of invoice only
use for Vietnam company with tax code. Room rates are not included
personal services likes: drink, laundry, phone call, pickup service,
taxi,...
• We don't supply breakfast. But
there are many restaurants of Vietnamese & European food just
steps near from my
hotel, it's very cheap & great. You don't need to have breakfast
at hotel, restaurant is much better & cheaper. Do you think that you will try
some great Vietnamese food like "Phở" (about $1.50), "Bún riêu cua"
(just $0.70),... at breakfast? |
Do you offer free airport pick-up
service?
• Some other hotels offer free airport
pick-up service. In fact, they added pick-up service charge to your room charge already. We offered only
room charge with no hidden fee, so you have to pay exactly what you
used, that's why travelers like to stay in my hotel. Means we do
not offer free airport pickup service.
• We also supply
airport pickup service $15 with a private 4 seats car, $16 with a 7 seats
car or $25 for a 16 seats car (price per car, not per person). If you like it, please give me the
detail of your flight (which airlines? flight number? landing time?
flight from?). |
Payment?
• No deposit required for online
reservation via
e-mail.
• You can pay
room charge and other services by cash or credit card while
staying as well.
• Please kindly
add + 3% of total payment for bank fee
while paying by credit card.

• Please
ask the receptionist to give you a receipt after paid & keep it for

Where can I change money?

• Changing
currency at airport or bank always applied very low exchange rate,
changing currency at Ha Trung street at street rates is much better
and highly recommend.
• We also supply
currency exchange service at street rates.

Transfer from Noi Bai international
airport to Especen hotel:

It takes about 2 hours from landing
time to arrival to your hotel.
You have 4 choices to transfer from airport to Hanoi central:
• By
taxi (VND 250,000 or about $15): please be very quick to
call a taxi once you finished passport control procedures &
get your luggage if your flight arrived so late. Some bad
taxi driver may tell that "Your hotel is full tonight" then
take you to other bad hotel to get commission. Some other
bad taxi may take you to near your hotel & some tout will
wait you IN FRONT of your hotel & ask to take you to other
"brother" hotel. So please ask
the driver take you to exactly address is Especen hotel - No
28 Tho Xuong & 41 Ngo Huyen street - Tel: +84 (4) 3824 4401
- 3938 0200 and come in to reception desk to get
your room. Don't hear any tout from
the Tour information desk at the airport or taxi driver.
Not recommended this way of transfer, it is not safe.
• Cheap way is
by Vietnam Airlines mini bus ($2/person) to Vietnam Airlines
Head Office at No. 1 Quang Trung Street, then walk about 7
minutes to Especen hotel. Be careful of some "street boys"
who always hold the hotel cards to show you at bus station,
he will bring you to some bad hotel to get commission. Some
bad driver may ask to take you directly to your hotel
address but he will take you to a fake one. This way is
cheap but not comfortable, not recommended at night time.
• Cheapest way
is by public bus (no luggage & before 21:00 only): first you
get bus No. 7 (yellow & red color) VND 5,000 from Noi Bai
airport to Cau Giay, then change to bus No. 9 (VND 3,000)
from Cau Giay to Bo Ho (Hoan Kiem lake in Hanoi central),
then walk about 5 minutes to Especen hotel. The total costs
for both bus trips would be VND 8,000 (or 50 US cents).
Please be careful to avoid pickpocket.
•
We also supply airport pick-up service charge $15 with a

• If you want to go somewhere by
taxi, ask receptionist to call a taxi for you always cheaper
& avoid bad taxi drivers.
• It's difficult to call a
taxi at early morning. To avoid miss your opportunity, please ask receptionist to call
taxi in advance from last night. |
